Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Before you return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item.
All items must be returned with all original undamaged packaging.
Shipping
We are currently offering free shipping in the contiguous United States of America. If you live outside of the contiguous United States of America and would like to place an order, please Contact Us with the items you would like to purchase and your address. We will contact you with an estimate of the actual shipping cost. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and they cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Instock items usually ship out in 1 to 2 business days.
Pre-Order items will be shipped when they arrive. We try to give the best estimate we can on when pre-order items will be available but the exact dates are out of our hands.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based. Therefore we will choose the most economical way to ship your order to you. We mainly use the Postal Service and UPS. If one of these services is not a good choice for you please Contact Us and let us know when you place your order.
If you need your order expedited, please Contact Us with the items you would like to order and your address. We will figure out the actual shipping charge for you and you can then let us know if you would like to continue with your order.
